Frequently asked questions

How does delivery work?

Every bouquet is hand-arranged to order at our Wairau Valley studio. Order by 2pm on a weekday for same-day delivery across most of Auckland, or by 2pm for next-day delivery to the rest of New Zealand. We deliver Monday to Saturday, and you choose the date in the pop-up after adding a bouquet to your cart.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is $14.95 in Auckland, $19.95 to the rest of the North Island and $29.95 to the South Island, including rural addresses. Sending more than one gift to the same address? You only pay one delivery charge. See where we deliver for details.

Is a card included?

Yes. Every order includes a free printed card with your message, and you can add your own photo to print on it. If you'd like a handwritten note, email it to us and we'll scan and print it.

Will I see the flowers before they're delivered?

Yes. We email you a photo of your finished bouquet before it leaves the studio. Most orders also get a tracking link. Same-day Auckland orders don't, but you can message us any time for an update.

What if no one is home?

The courier leaves the flowers somewhere safe where possible. If that's not possible, the first redelivery is free. For special delivery instructions, message us after you order.

Can I add chocolates or balloons?

Yes. Browse our add-ons and they'll arrive with your flowers in the same delivery.
