Before your bouquet leaves our studio, we email you a photo of it, so you can see exactly what's being delivered. Most orders also get a tracking link once they're with the courier. Auckland same-day orders go with a local courier and don't have a tracking link, but you can message us any time for an update.
Every bouquet is hand-arranged to order at our own studio in Wairau Valley on Auckland's North Shore, whether it's going around the corner or to Invercargill. We then wet-wrap it to keep it hydrated and send it with a third-party courier. That means the design you choose is the one our team makes, wherever it's going.
Our most-ordered designs travel all over New Zealand. The Lilies Bouquet (from $59) is our top seller, the Choose Your Colour Posy + Gift Box (from $69) arrives boxed and ready to give, and the Bright Florist Choice Bouquet (from $69) is a cheerful choice when you're not sure what they like.
When you can't be there in person, flowers say a lot. The Thinking of You Bouquet (from $69) is a gentle way to show you care, the Peaceful Lily Tribute (from $89) suits a loss, and the Neutral Whites Bouquet (from $99) has a calm, soothing look. Keep the card simple and warm, and sign it so they know who it's from.
Acknowledge the distance and keep it warm: "Wish I could be there to give you a hug" or "Sending love from Auckland". Mention a plan to catch up if you have one. Every order includes a free printed card, and you can add your own photo to it, such as a picture of the two of you, to make it feel closer.
For next-day delivery anywhere in the North or South Island, order by 2pm the day before. Rural addresses are delivered Monday to Friday only, so for a rural Friday delivery, order by 2pm on Thursday. If the date matters, such as a birthday, book a few days ahead. You choose the date in the cart and can book weeks in advance.
We're not a network of shops. Every bouquet is made to order by our own team in Wairau Valley, then wet-wrapped and sent with third-party couriers to almost anywhere NZ Post delivers. A few remote rural spots that are unsafe to reach are excluded, so if you're unsure, check where we deliver.
We deliver Monday to Saturday, with no Sunday deliveries. Around public holidays, check the delivery calendar in the cart for available dates.
If a birthday or anniversary falls on a Sunday, send for the Friday or Saturday before. For rural addresses, aim for a weekday.
