We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from the provision of incorrect or out-of-date delivery information. 4.3 Late Delivery If your delivery is significantly delayed through our fault or the fault of our courier partners, we will either: Refund your delivery fee, or Provide you with a NZD $50 gift voucher.
