I order some flowers to be delivered to my Niece for her birthday. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering and payment process was simple and straightforward. I made an error with the delivery address but recieved a call from the team almost immediately and the error was resolved. I was so surprised to receive an email with a photo of the finished product that was being sent to my Niece. It was an unexpected but very appreciated touch from the team and I was very impressed. The flowers were gorgeous and the card was personalised, which again I didn't expect. My Niece was over the moon with the flowers. I was so impressed with the quality and service from Florists.co.nz and will be using them all the time in the future.
