Made my sister’s day! The online ordering system was very user-friendly, and I was kept updated throughout the delivery process. The seller even sent me a photo of the actual arrangement before delivery, which was a very nice touch. Prices are reasonable too.
What impressed me most was the customer service. There was a small issue with the availability of one of the items I ordered, but the seller handled it extremely well and arranged a very thoughtful substitution. I genuinely appreciated the way the situation was managed.
The seller really knows how to take care of customers. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended! 👍🌷
