Terms of service
In order for us to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, billing address, delivery address and payment details.
If you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please do not hesitate to contact us on +64 6 878 6444 even if you are unsure of what has been ordered or by emailing sales@florist.co.nz
Orders will not be sent until payment in full has been received.
You are obliged to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect we will attempt to redeliver but this will be at the customer's expense.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time although we will make every attempt to fulfil your request.
As we are closed on Saturday afternoons and Sundays (except Mothers Day) & Public Holidays, we will deliver your gift on the previous or next business day.
We will attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing although some of the arrangements will be subject to availability and seasonal variations.
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order once it has been placed we will offer a full refund back to your credit card minus a $15.00 administration charge. We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the flowers and gifts will already be on their way.
