We value our clients and their right to privacy. Please contact us if you have any issues regarding our use of your information. Use of your personal information is intended to offer better customer service and to improve communications such as:-
1. Processing our customers order(s)
2. Informing customers of special offers and memorable dates
3. Providing confirmation of order and/or advising of any changes to our customers order
4. Details of orders for our accounting obligations
5. Responding to comments or complaints from our customers

We may e-mail you with details of offers, competitions, news etc. If you no longer wish to remain a subscriber, you can at any time, request removal of your details from our system.

Disclosure of information

Under no circumstances will florist.co.nz and Nature’s Art Florist sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer's personal information. Unless we are required by law to disclose such information we will not disclose personal information that may be given to us to any organisation or person outside of the company.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order once it has been placed we will offer a full refund back to your credit card minus a $15.00 administration charge. We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the flowers and gifts will already be on their way.
