flower guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours and if we are at fault we will replace them for you. All our flowers carry a 5 day freshness guarantee or your money back (please note that care instructions must be followed in order for the guarantee to be valid). 

flower deliveries

florist.co.nz can offer Same Day Deliveries within the Hawkes Bay region excluding Rural Deliveries and next day delivery to the rest of the Nth Island. florist.co.nz is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm on Saturday (public holidays excepted). We deliver same day to Napier, Hastings, Clive, Havelock North and Flaxmere between the hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Saturday.

All orders must be received by 2pm NZ time (11.00am Saturdays) but feel free to call us for deliveries as we pride ourselves on a quick delivery turn around. We use only florist friendly couriers as they know how to care for flowers in transit which means our recipients receive the floral arrangements in the same condition that they leave our store.
Note: A greater choice of flowers may be available if ordered the day before delivery is required.

We can fulfill specific am or pm deliveries on request. This may sometimes incur an additional fee as another courier may need to be organised in order to meet your needs, we will be happy to help where we can.

if the recipient is not home

If the recipient is not home we will leave the flowers at the front or back door providing it is safe to do so, (unless otherwise instructed in the order). If the delivery cannot be successfully completed, a calling card will be left asking them to call us to arrange another delivery time or collection. Please note, in the event of re-delivery, a further charge may be made. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate delivery details at the time of ordering. If the flowers are delivered to an incorrectly given address and not recovered, florist.co.nz cannot accept responsibility for such a loss.

flower order cancellations

If you cancel your order once it has been placed we will offer a full refund back to your credit card minus a $15.00 administration charge. We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the flowers and gifts will already be on their way.
